About this site

Who publishes it

This site is a personal project of Ronald Renaud, who researches and writes the ranking. The author page lists his background and contact details.

How it is funded

The site carries no advertising and no affiliate links. It is a personal project of the publisher.

How companies are selected

The starting list combines companies named in buyer searches for US software testing services with companies visible in search results for those queries. Each candidate first has to pass a US presence check. From those that pass, the 12 with the most complete public data are scored on eight weighted criteria. The full rule is on the methodology page.

Data comes only from public sources: company websites, Clutch, G2, GoodFirms, certification registries and published case studies. Material that a company shares privately is not used, and no company reviewed this page before publication.

How it is updated

Each data point carries the date it was checked. The ranking is rechecked on a fixed cycle; when a company's public record changes, its data and scores are updated with the new check date and the change is noted. The weights of the eight criteria stay as published for the current edition.

Corrections

If a fact about a company is wrong or out of date, the editorial policy explains how to report it and what evidence is needed.
