Sources

Every fact about a company comes from a public page, and the page and the date it was checked are recorded next to the fact. The sources used, in order of preference: the company's own website, Clutch, G2, GoodFirms, certification registries, and published case studies. When no public source is found, the field is left empty and shown as ○ in the tables. Estimates are not used.

Case studies and client outcomes published by a company are marked "vendor-published". They are the company's own account, and they are presented as such.

Scoring

Scores follow published scales for eight criteria with weights fixed before data collection. The rules are on the methodology page. Totals are calculated, never entered by hand, and the first position goes to the highest total.

Language

Descriptions of companies rest on whether public evidence exists. The site does not use adjectives that praise or disparage a company. When a company is described as a weaker fit for a buyer, an alternative is named.

Relationships with companies

No company has access to the scores or the text before publication. Material that a company offers privately is not used.

Corrections and disputes

A company or reader who finds a factual error can write to the address on the contact page with the claim, the correct value, and a public URL that shows it. Corrections backed by a public source are made in the next update, and the check date changes with them. A dispute about a score is reviewed against the published scale for that criterion; a score changes only when public evidence changes which level's conditions are met.

Updates

Data is rechecked on a fixed cycle. The date shown above the ranking's heading is the date of the last full check.
